3 keen parties called me while i was at work, in regards to the rental of my mum's bedroom.

my mum only rent it to chinese or expats.

only 1 of them is chinese and somemore, a pure vegetarian.

she said she would call back again but to no avail..

hope that she calls me back as a vegetarian tenant is like a needle in a haysack. 

chanced upon this site and as see from the chart,the newer the estate,the higher resale price it can fetch.
i think my house can be sold as high as 370k,considered very good for a 4 room in punggol.

but my mum and i love it very much,with good coastline view and high floor at 13th storey.she would not sell it.but our target is those waterfront estates. LOL. 

my mum is only entitled to buying resale unit.i'm the only hope if we want to upgrade to 5 room. LOL

but if only i am engaged in marriage lar. lol

the unit beside us is empty ever since we shifted in 2 years ago.my mum and i were discussing about it over dinner.told her how good it is if i am able to apply the unit next to us and we hack our living room's wall in order to combine the 2 units!!!!!

then it would be 6 bedrooms with 4 toilets, 2 living hall and 2 small kitchens LOL.

but then,even if i am eligible to apply,my fiance and i would need to pay at least 1.5k/mth for 30 years.heh i am not a high incomer. LOL ok i was dreaming. LOL LOL LOL.

on the other hand,we may have trouble selling it as not many people could afford a 4 room jumbo unit. ok just say for fun nia. LOL.

we are blessed to have this unit as our home for the next donkey years.either we upgrade to waterfront unit or we stay here forever. 

ok latest update, my mum gave me a creative and nice idea to put up a wallpaper of the beach on our living room's wall. wah steady.

u know what?i almost tio 4d last night. my relatives and i went to pray my late grand parents.

then the joss sticks which my uncle bought, had 4 numbers 6298.

they then ibet the no. my uncle bought 1 small 12 big.

i never bought at first as i never brought my wallet along.

however, as my auntie had some cash to pass to my mum, i used the money to buy.

but i bought 2 small & 2 big,i never knew that they all ibet it.

and last night, it came out 1st prize 6829. i really very am tui.... (fist beat chest!!!)

my uncle really has the luck in winning whatever numbers he buys, though he cuts down on betting.

his nose is as big as jackie chan's, ever since my grandmother passed away,he vowed that he will not eat meat and he chants & pray everyday.hence the luck in him.

heard from my mum that he ever won 100k when i was small,and then 80k... but never in millions.

i told myself next year if they are going to bet,i make sure i bet $50. deem me as greedy, wahaahahahaha.

well,it's just once in a year, so it's fine.
