met nick with his female colleague yesterday for kopi.

wanted to go down IT show at suntec after that but nick was having stomachache and ended he came over.

he commented that my latest acquisition is nice looking,and yeah....he ransacked my porn collection after he used the toilet! LOL

anyway,he had the urge to get one LCD for himself too.

i was then deciding whether to get Western Digital 1tB HDD at the IT show while nick was engrossing in porn LOL

we agreed upon catching a movie at PS after the IT show,but too bad we took the wrong bus and ended up at harbour front LOL.

sian...so we decided to go back home and on the other hand,i had the time to transfer all the "limited edition" (deemed by nick) to my latest acquisition of HDD.

at this time,i am transfering those 28gB of smooth jazz music to the Maxtor 250gB HDD as nick & his dad like to listen it.after that,one more folder to go.

oh ya,forgot to mention that i am donating my Maxtor HDD to nick since he needs it and he can save some moolah..well, i am treating it as an advance birthday gift to him!

boh bian ley, i have bills to account for.where got money to buy him a prezzie? he also never gave me any birthday gift so far ley LOL

played chess with chong,he won straight.

told him on msn that he is a pro.

he said that,"no choice,you won me so many rounds"

i then added that his attitude in chess is not worth mentioning as he never respect me as his opponent by giving it all out when we played at his place.till when i beaten him many times and he started to display his true skill.

giving your best shot is to respect your opponent,i have learnt this logic through today's incident.

he then replied, "i anything de" which made me pissed off as a sign of heck care attitude.

i am pissed not because i lost to him,but because of his attitude in matches.it was like telling me he was just entertaining me right from the start,without thinking so much.or rather,no need to think so much at all since he won me 4 rounds out of 5 when we were playing it last year.

his replies on msn were rather "ya ya papaya",

he said,"ok, i pro..."

not even humble at all.

if i am someone who is very petty,i would have pissed off when he beaten me 4 rounds at his place last year.it's his perspective towards matches.

you want to play,please make use of your brain before you move.not because for the sake of playing,you just hamtam any move.it's an utterly disrespect towards your opponent.

to think that my skill was greatly improved after i beaten chong this year,but it was all a false hope.

i decided not to touch chinese chess again,i have lost so much confidence after i have lost so many rounds,straight.low self esteem i have huh.

funny,a girl who's in my facebook friend list thought that all along my display pic is me when it's stephen chow!came to this topic as we were chatting about proportion of one's face.then i showed her the link of my pic upon prompting her is my face proportional,she said i look very cute in that pic OMFGWTFBBQ!

and she asked me to take pic of myself as she wanted to see -____-

i then told her that pic was taken 3 years ago,now my face became rounder....

and she replied,shouldn't be too much difference and the looks more or less should be the same as the pic LOL.

sian.... mum took 2.5 hrs to get home from work, all but because of her forgetfulness to bring EZ link card to work...that explained all the time wasted.

actually i am having 2 days MC.

SMS esther (the keen buyer) that the color black for nokia E63 has gone out of stock,as told by the cust svc hotline of M1.

she replied,she only want black! hmm.... spoilt brat (oops she have found out!):P

but when i went to the branch over at compasspt,they told me they have black color stock!

so i happily made payment for my M1 bills before i renewed my plan.

then went down to the food court at PS,to meet a buyer who came on behalf of esther,he's a japanese.

as he wasn't familiar with the road here,he parked his car at taka and took cab over! he was supposed to drive from his work place which is located at clemenceau ave, very near to PS.

but then again,this is not japan,so it's understood.

he was checking the contents of the box and the phone,before we dealed.

esther SMS asking me how's everything and so on....she thought that i did not jio her friend for dinner which i did! just that tanabe was rushing back to work.

after he left,i went to queue for my grilled fish set.and boy....i have to walk to the entrance there to find a seat,which i shared with another person.

then....go ahead of my plan,wanted to go peninsula plaza for my bermudas,but i passed by QB house,so i decided to have a hair cut plus i never tried it.

overall, ok lor, i like my new hairstyle too muahahahaha.

i realised that the place is very clean,what lies inside of the cabinet is a vacuum cleaner or something similar.the hairstylists swept the floor and positioned those weeny bits of hair outside the hole,and "click", all were being sucked into the hole! nice,it awed me.

after the shopping of bermudas,it was then 8am...as i was afraid that the clothing shops would close by 9pm ,i took a cab down to hougang mall,and darn.... i never bought any shirt in the end...because i thought the "hang ten" shop would be there,but it was no longer there anymore.

i have tried other shops, like bossini and "future man",still...no feel for those shirts ley.

was regretted that i took cab, damage $14.

sigh....

i went to Challenger to look for ryan since i recalled that he just started work there.

he was surprised to see me as i was the only one so far who went to find him LOL.

he was then busy with a customer,so i just walked inside to look at the LCD monitors section.

i wanna compare those models with Dell S2309 model 23" which samcheng recommended me as they are selling online for $260.

immediately,i like Samsung LD220 after i saw it,it's glossy black.and the color display was like sharp and clear.retailed at $339.

i immediately called up samcheng a few times,but he never picked it up.

so i told ryan that i go back home and think about it first.

bought 2 bottles of HL milk back home since we have not drank for a long time.

samcheng called back after like 30 mins,he said he would choose Dell as it worths the price,so on and so forth....

i went online to check,the LD220 was released months ago this year,very new.and i have thought it over a night,i decided to take a walk to harvey norman & best denki the next day.

and today's update; 02062009

went to the 2 stores to search for LD220,but to no avail.and Challenger at hougang left only the display set which is happened to be a vendor set.so if i want it,they have to order and i can get it earliest on thurs.as i have nothing to do for the whole day,i told them i will go down all the way to funan to collect it.

ryan was around then,signed up the membership and got a $19 disc off the LD220.got the invoice & receipt,proceeded to funan.

wanted to take cab home from funan after collection,but i decided to save the cab fare.

AND

finally i am using back LCD monitor HAHAHA!

it's been soo long ever since 1920 x 1080 days...

anyway, no more CRT 17" monitor from now.it's sitting quietly on the floor LOL.

the slim LCD saved me like 60% of table space,now it should do some comfy visual to my eyes.unlike CRT ,which used to sit a few inches away from it (my eyes).

now the only thing is i can't tell my mum the actual price,she's going to nag otherwise.

and what else,i have learnt my lesson by not turning in later than 12am.if not,the panda gonna have a hard time the next day.
